How to build a nice vineyard or fruit farm in SimCity 3000

First, find a 12x12 area of level terrain.

Then, follow this map. The recommended elevation to get the desired trees is 78 meters. When making trees, click either 2 or 3 times depending on whether you want a vineyard or fruit farm.
