You can create a variation on the dog-eared interchange, using the highway bridge, on ramps, and connecting highways. This variation is similar to the one found in downtown Atlanta. Take two highways and allow one to bridge the other. Bring this highway around and connect it to the original highway. This forms the dreaded T interchange that SimCity utilizes, where traffic is forced to turn onto the side freeway, and lacks the flyovers. Now go back to the bridge where the two highways cross, and start adding on-ramps to connect the crossing freeways. You will only need three of these. The fourth on-ramp only forms a useless circle. This interchange allows cars the option of exiting onto the side freeway, which returns them to the original freeway. It looks like this:
