You can effectively double the output of your water pumps. To do this, you will have to edit a new map. First, raise all the land as far up as it will go. Next, raise the sea level as far up as it will go. Click done, and start your city. One water pump, even with no water around it, should pump about 110,000 gallons. Note: this trick has only been verified for the Windows 95 special edition CD. Try it with other systems if you wish, but it may not work.
