#3 Jackson City's restructuring

Welcome to the third page! In this update, we'll see a change in Jackson City. The mayor was getting complaints from the residents, the boards of the commercial districts and the industry leaders about the high-tech industry park located on the Port Boulevard between the H1 and the N2. The nearby residents didn't want the industry near their homes, even though it was clean. The commercialists wanted more space to build more companies and the industrialists wanted to be closer to the port. The mayor decided to demolish the industrial zone and replace it with a neighbourhood of mid-rise appartments and regular homes. Between this neighbourhood and the Port Boulevard, another commercial district was planned to develop.

Lots of wealthy sims moved into this lush looking neighbourhood with plenty of parks and nice ponds.

The small, low wealth commercial buildings located at the northern end of the Port Boulevard were to be demolished to build a square with musea and the Stock Exchange. As you can see, the area saw a rapid growth.

The newly built square has two water places and is home to the Museum of Chutao History, the Museum of Modern Arts and the Jackson Stock Exchange.

Oh and yeah: I downloaded a LOT of new commercial buildings, so hurray for diversity!
