Birth of a new city in Ludao Island

In 2050, the Ludao Island Congress approved a 1 billion USD bill to construct a harbor in northeastern Ludao Island. Along with the harbor, another bill was passed to make room for a port city that is later named ‘Andy City’. 

As the harbor was being built, the government allowed people from neighboring cities to settle in the now large Andy City. People from nearby Fairfield City and Harborville are clamored in and found Andy City to be in a perfect suitable place to be in, with its sub Mediterranean Climate.
