Nice canal, although a bit more development might be nice to see

sounds nice but a whole city pic would be best to start

Nice start, the dykes seem very high anyway good to see holland with mountains

 Yes I know  But I like mountains a lot so I thought let's put some mountains in it. 

If you folks have any suggestions to make my town better,
let them hear! 

Looks very nice, I think if you add some more trees into the mix it would look spectacular! The canal network looks really good too, keep up the good work! :)

i live in the netherland, and i personally don't like that mountains

Oh dear, look at the slopes! I recommend you to use a slope mod (and an euro road texture mod. Your roads look pretty american to me). And mountains? In the Netherlands? The highest peak lies in the south-east of the Netherlands, the Vaalsberg, which is only 321 meters high.

I also suggest that you should look at other CJ's. Maybe you can learn how other people make their cities and what are the do's and don'ts.

Nevertheless, I wish you luck with your CJ!
