OK I am going to give this a shot and have some fun here with Bordertown... I will be posting here overview or top quality pics that I believe are the best from each update... I will be making a banner pic soon and a detail list of plugins that I will use...

I haven't been to SC4D in a while, but this is called "Border town", so is the river or whatever actually going to be a border?

You know that's something you never see in Simcity CJ's, something like San Diego-Tijuana, a massive metropolis with a big berlin wall dividing a rich and poor side.
