Imperial City of the New England Colonies

Hmm. Where's the palace? 

Nice city! But the rich residents really have to be attracted back to this place. Anyway i'm looking forward to later entries :D keep it up!

Thanks for the comments. @danholo: The Palace c an be seen in Imperial Palace which is a separate city/borough west of Imperial City (Central). You can see it in the 1st Flood of the Aristocrats entry. @tigeria, the rich residents have slowly but surely been coming back into Imperial City Central, just more so on the western side of the Royal River which has traditionally been more affluent and less run-down/crime ridden than neighbourhoods in the east.
