The industry needs a rail and a freight station. Here is the proposed rail: 

The stations (Two) Are going to be built, one near the industry and the other one three blocks far away from the agriculture sector.

The residential demand near the freight station is high and a lot of parks need to park near the freight station so homes and parking lots have been constructed:

A new rubish dump has been created near the industry sector and the recicling building.
