Thinking about relocating to Arrowhead? You're in luck, because the big neighborhood of Boulder Hills has only been around since the early '90s, which means you can still find an empty piece of land to build your dream home on...that is, if you can afford the price of a hilltop lot. But there are some cheaper ones as you move downhill closer toward the core of the city. And, the established part of Boulder Hills even comes with a complimentary neighborhood Target.

High School road has a 25% grade, and is the best place in Arrowhead County to be able to reach over 150mph on a bicycle! Just hope your brakes are in top condition or risk careening out of control onto that avenue...

Keep in mind that policemen are known to hide behind the rocks, and WILL ticket cyclists that break the speed limit.

  Is that road even legal?? Wow thats steep! Great update, can't imagine driving my future 1993 Acura up that thing in it condition, which is why we store it out back!   Great work!

The game didn't think the steep dirt road was unsuitable for construction...so that has to mean it's legal and realistic! AHAHAHAHA

And as for that long flat avenue, that's Westward Blvd., the perfect place for Arrowhead teens to race their "horses" late at night
