Selgaunt: Selgar's Market
The district of Selgar's Market in Selgaunt is somewhat of a misnomer. It is mostly a residential district of the city but there are two enormous structures from which the district takes it's name. These two structures are the Merchant's Guild Headquarters and the Mercantile Building. This district of the city is separated from the others via a dual avenue network with parks and plazas that serve as district borders. These transportation networks provide both a boundary for the districts of the city as well as a fast means of transportation (right now the average commute is about 35 minutes)...
