Yeah, I hate people who do that! It certainly wasnt me.

On my CJ, I had someone (Retep Molinari) saying they voted 5/5, yet my rating was 3.00. SOMEONE has given me low ratings. Like you, I pride myself in the work I put in, but people downgrade others for no reason.

Anyway, concentrate on the people who DO think your work is great.

Me too.

People are always going to down rate CJ's for no reason. Somtimes its other Journal authors trying to get their CJ's up in the ratings list. Dont be bothered by it though. Ive always not liked the ratings (on the STEX too) as it gives the false impression that a CJ is bad. Ive never voted anything on my CJ. It just dosnt seem right to me. So dont sweat it man. I think your cj is good, keep up the great work and dont stop updating!

I was the first commenter and then i compleatly forgot! Lets just say that due to family issues i had to take an extended vacation

Would it be possible to create a small wall to stop smaller animals from getting onto the road and then you could have some kind of Ultra high pitch sound thing (out of human hearing range) that will stop them getting close? Sims dont keep cats or dogs do they?

Thanks everyone for the encouragement... I wasn't really fussing about a high CJ rating, just wondering the rationale behind their rating... but anyways, I sincerely thank all of you for the good ratings and encouragement! 

There is no rationale reason for your low rating, it's just downraters, Every site has them, They hate to see people do better then them.

 I've given my first shot in trying Adobe Illustrator to make the badge for this city journal, not sure how it came out like this, but I can sure can use some comments:

First off, What is it supose to take shape of? if you don't mind me asking, Now don't get me wrong i like it and all, But what is that shape? in other words i need a description Lol.

Well, it's the "logo" of of my region, and it's in the shape of "W", the first letter of the region name. The green represents land, while the blue represents the harbours and the rivers in our region... I hope that makes sense... :)

 I have updated the Top 10 Cities list of the region (with graphics this time) in my first entry. For your convenience, I'll post it here too (I was going to have a separate entry for this, but it's just one image after all, so no entry for this)...
