This update will include: the university, hospital, and midtown.

University of Southern Florida Miami

Founded in 1801 in downtown Miami, The USFM was a small little university only offering a handful of majors. today it bosts as being a highly rated Univeristy in Florida and the southern United  States. some of the biggest majors offered are: Architecture, Business Management, Communications, Pre Med, Pre Law, and Pre Denistry.

Miami Dade County Medical Center

The Hospital started in the heart of downtown Miami, where it was a small clinic. As the city began to grow the Hospital made a decision to re-locate to Miami blvd. right along I-95. Future plans for the Hospital are: Building a new facility in northwest Miami and Hollywood on the cities north side.

Midtown!

Midtown Miami plays a huge role in the city. It offers many things that Miami cant like: the cities largest Casino, the metro's largest University, and the second most commercial jobs in the metro area. Midtown was first incorperated when some of the first settlers begin to move north out of the bustling miami, back in the mid 1800's. Atlantic blvd is the main throughfare which runs along the atlantic ocean, offering restuarants, office's, and hotels. Its the michigan Ave of the south. Atlantic blvd. is one of the biggest causes of the surburban sprawls to the north. Future plans will be to add many new high rise office towers and residential towers. The central business district is located on the southern point and the Intersection of Atlantic Blvd. and Dolphin Ave. (note the cluster of high rises)

Current Transportation Map of the Miami Metro. As you can notice the city is beginning to spread to the north. Not alot of development will happen along the Florida Turnpike. (furthest freeway from downtown.)

Try adding the Metrorail and Metromover. also add Bayside and Brickell. Also the American Airlines Arena, the courthouse, police headquarters, and the Port of Miami. Try using PEG CDK3 SP and Peg OWW2 and maybe PEG CDKM.
