In the SE of Nachtsburg, Herbert Kael, of Kael Contstruction Partners, surveys the land. Brand new land has been certified by the Emperor for residential and commercial, with little industrial, zoning. This is along the southern tributary of the Tirnfluß, known as the Nachtfluß. Kaelville, the name intended for the new town, will feature a bustling but manageable urbanic center, and, across the TirnEins Highway, some industrial storage.
