Uttaradit Province Part 2

           Hi guys! This is a third entry for Thailand city journal. I'm sorry to let you wait for a long time. This entry is a second part of Uttaradit Province and will tell you about “How to solve traffic trouble in the city when populations increase everyday”. The methods to solve this problem are construct new motorway and construct Uttaradit bypass road so I capture picture that explain a plan.

          (a) From the picture, this is a plan to construct. First we will explain about Motorway Project (Blue). It passes 3 districts there are Phichai District, Uttaradit Downtown District and Tron District. The purposes of the project are reducing quantity of traffic on Nation Highway No.11 Road and increase the effectiveness of traffic in Thailand. It has 3 tollgates (red circle) at Phichai Exit & Entrance Uttaradit Downtown District Exit & Entrance. Both will intersection of Nation Highway 11. But at Fak Tha tollgate that added later will have only Entrance for linked Uttaradit Bypass Road. It connects 3 cities there are Sukhothai Province, Amnat Chareon Province and Phnom Penh Metropolis.

          The next project is Uttaradit Bypass road (Red) It begin at Phichai District from Nation Highway 11 then pass Fak tha District, NAM Pat District, Tha Pla District, Uttaradit Downtown District and end at Tron District. The main purpose of the project is expanding the city to remain area.

          (b) This is a varying in Phichai District when the project has finished.  They constructed Phichai overpass Motorway, Phichai Exit & Entrance, New U-turn Road, Rail tunnel pass motorway and close motorway system for resisting.

           (c) Changing in Phichai District.

         (d) At Fak Tha tollgate that added later will have only Entrance for linked Uttaradit Bypass Road.

          (e) Downtown District has 1 tollgate this is a difficult part because this area have limit space so we will build on railway area that expropriation enough before. From picture you will see difference of the city's development after construction.

          (f) Motorway crosses Nation Highway No.11 at Downtown District with Exit & Entrance way. This is a hard part to construction.

          (g) At Tron District the motorway will interchange to Phanom Penh city and Go to Amnat Chareon Province.

          (h) In this part we will regarding to Uttaradit bypass road. This picture show developed after the road finish in Fak tha District, NAM Pat District and Tha Pla District. 

          (i) Golf course was built at Fak tha District. This area is determined for housing.

           (j) Uttaradit University was built along bypass road at NAM Pat District and Tha Pla District

         (k) And this is a development from the beginning.
