An elementary and a high school were opened in August. Education is around 30 EQ and life expectancy is about 55 years. Overall, a typical city in its infancy.

The city is still unprofitable - about $4,200 income per month and $5,700 expenses - but income is increasing much faster than expenses and the city will probably be profitable by the end of Year 2.
