Big changes in Meringburg. In the West End (precisely, a small south "cape" between Old Town, Columbus Estate and Middle-City) first real scycraper was built. 2000 people can work there in the one from the 67 companies renting office area there.

Also more and more medium and high wealth people want to live in Meringburg and government had to construct a new estate, called "Copernicus Estate". It is located on the east river bank in Nixton. 8400 citizens got the keys for medium-class apartments and 5000 for high-class. Now 298 000 people live in the city.
