thanks guys, the naval base is from pegasus's navy port sets, the airfield is the mountain airstrip and mountain airbase sets, i forget who exactly made the pier with the small patrol boat but i thought it looked suitable for this city, there is actually another of pegasus's navy piers out of shot (the one with the battleship) i'm actually regretting not taking a photo of it. the entire city is actually the second city on this site (the first looked a bit odd and was losing a lot of money so i used the obliterate city function).
