Lan Chang City is the biggest city in Lan Chang province, northwest of Valletta.Lan Chang has a population in urban about 192,000 people and in metro 200,000 people. Lan Chang has the big business area, but no plan to manage traffic it cause traffic jams in city.Elsa la Degog has discovered Lan Chang Palace,this is the 5th of beautiful palaces in Valletta metropolis.After Valletta's government has ordered to repaired this city and Lan Chang Palace.Now Lan Chang city is develop over the past.
