Alaska Mass transit.

Lemon Creek is a interesting District for me to try to build because its a hugh Commercial center. theres a relativly large shoping mall that is anchored by a Home depot and a Costco.  also in the south of this district theres a sub-District called Salmon Creek. and in the salmon creek area there is a really large Hospital similar in size to the Cleveland Clinic here in Ohio.

After i Conect up the 3 Sections of the Mass transit system. i will only need to Expand the system into 2 more Districts and they are North Mendenhall Valley and North East Mendenhall Valley. at this point the entire mass transit system will be complete. already i have reached too many people on the map. theres only supposed to be about 27,000 people on the map. thing is its not like i put development where there was none in real life. its just on this map the population needs to be really spaced out. im starting to worry that if i plop the home depot and the Costco buildings that their going to abandon. im not sure how to get around the fact that the comercial center in Lemon creek cant be supported by the entire region population. in the picture i uploaded there is a village near the river at the bridge crossing of the mendenhall river. this place already has a safeway grocery store. but its supposed to have bank buildings. also most of the people on the region are suposed to live in the mendenhall area but its not like that on my map. on my map i developed the city tiles to the west of here such as Dotsons landing ,St Terese , and a few others. But my Niece Hanah pressed the obliterate button on Fairhaven so that place will have to be rebuilt. my rules for this map are simple if theres roads your aloud to build on them. your not aloud to make roads that are not there in real life. if the population grows then let it grow.
