I am continueing to build up the Coast my current plan is to Build all the coast till i reach Downtown Cleveland. theres only 3 large city tiles inbetween Bay Village and Downtown they are Rockyriver ,Lakewood ,And Westend. if i continue to develop till i reach Downtown ill eventually reach over 1 million people and this is close to half of the over 2 million people that live on this region. theres about 10,000 city blocks on this region map but ill eventually get it built. i one of my city blocks had 10,000 people living on it in bay village and i kept it in right now Development is the key thing and eventually realism will come later.
