I have decided to Build up the city tiles on the Western Edge of the Cleveland region. becuase so many city tiles have Avon in there names i decided to call this Sub region Avon Land. so far the only real world building is I-90 freeway. i built it in the correct location. right about where it begins to make a curve theres some low lieing swampy lands i decided to drain all these swamps and then build up all this land. i am trying to make my region population get as high as like 10 or 20 million people. i know that in real life only about 2 million people live on the map but i have much more fun Building a Megalopolis. i have already drained some of these swamps. in fact most of the city tile called Avon Beach was under water originally so i filled it all in.
