sorry but your road layout and taxes strategy are strange : i didn t think it was possible to loose that amont of cash with such a tiny city ...^^ if you want to exploit your ressources for a project , you gotta balance your cashflow so you can allow your production to the project without loosing money .....

The city started out being a tourism city but plans changed due to some complications. The city is struggling but I have it under control. Education is sucking up a large chunk of my cash making me negative but like I said, its all under control still.
