Well, as a freshman, I can tell you this:

A city journal is used to tell a stoy - to show a little inspiration and imagination on the city you build.

Fellow Simtropolians will fill in with this information.


Use imageshack.us - there you can upload and use the direct link to post photos.

It is very hard - actually - I believe impossible to reach 1 million residents in one city tile - you should try on a region scale to reach million - which is hard - I also like to play to reach maximum population, but I get annoyed of traffic and commute problems, as I still need to master that.
