Nope this is the regular game. What fun is sandbox? lol cheating take away any challenge or fun unless you are experimenting.

Im actually suprised Im able to hold these cities together with such a negative, and still have enough extra to send money to my other "incomeless" cities.

Your better off not being able to spend a bunch of time on simcity XD The more time you spend, the more bugs and inconsistencies you notice. I think a few hours here and there is best for this game.

I enjoy the game as long as things are making sense. If you have been following the series you  will remember that I was getting real pissed for a couple of episodes because every bit of information I looked at, contradicted information on another screen. And as I'm a real numbers person, this bothered me. But overall, I am still having fun. Enough fun to have another series planned when this one is over. (I'll be playing the game in a different manner for the next series.)
