Use some of the features of the station instead of adding trucks. For example, the bell on the normal fire station is more effective than the others (sign and flag). 

 

Also, on your trade depot, you missed adding trucks. You'll want to add them if you want that $$$.

I always do the fire bell as well as trucks for depos. The only times that I don't  is if I forgot because Im working on multiple things at once. I occasionally go around and check things to make sure they are all running at max.
