This smaller city west of New City is already booming. Residents moving in, Commercial Services popping up everywhere. There is a

strange pattern on how this city is laid out. From residential to west and industry on east with commercial in the middle. To cut traffic time i

was planning to add a bullet train system (a mod that turns monorail tracks into bullet train track and monorails into shinkansens) from the

residential area straight through the center to the industry. But the city is still pretty "new" flooded with steam trains. So it might be a few game

years till that happens...
