Well, now I would like to point out that this is the first update that I do without at least 5 votes, I guess you are mad at my cj or something
The new highway is built:
A big piece of land to be developed near the highway:
Xoning is for high and medium density again.

It is quickly upgraded to an avenue because of the high traffic level:
