 Update time! The big surprise is that now I will be naming city council members each update, to the ones which post a great, detailed post and always check my cj. The first CCM (city council member is wishfulanthony! 

I downloaded Meadowshire terrain mod, which is beautiful but it looks much much different. 

Updating this time was difficult cause everyone said something different and I couldn't do everyhing so.... I did what was more asked to. More parks, more develoment, take advantage of the sea, and more schools and hospitals.

To start with, a huge hospital which was built to replace the little one, this one covers the whole city:
