It looks decent, but the images are small. Go to photobucket and upload your images as 800x600 (or higher depending what type of image) and post the image code while making your update. Another thing, you should change the graphics level to high because it looks too pixelated.

On the city building aspect, why are there three two-way roads on some areas? If you planning to use NWM (Network Widening Mod), you need to place the puzzle piece and drag it across. Besides this, the cityscape has a mix of Arab, American, and European architecture, what type of city are you aiming for? You have to be consistent with the architecture otherwise it would look unappealing.

I think i will try to remove the american vibe from the picture now. and thanks for directing me to photobucket. it really helps

Its a tad bit better, however, you did not take my advice on uploading your images to photobucket and changing your graphics to high.

You have potential, just work on your cities a bit more through trial and error. I am sure you will improve if you look around the top CJs around here and utilize their methods.
