Ralour - Overview
As the political thaw of the 1990's gathered speed, the democratic republic of Kiladastan collapsed and neighboring Ralour seized the West bank and reunified the two states under one flag.
The two countries historically were part of the Greater Republic of Ralour in the early 18th century before it was dissolved following the second world war, where the two major political paradigms fought in civil war for 3 years back by their respective allies. The civil war ended in a treaty where the communist backed Kiladites agreed upon splitting the country along the Rao river, the largest river in Ralour, with the US backed republican party of Ralour.

Since the thaw the west bank of the Rao has seen heavy development on a previously unused harbor that has quickly grown into a megalopolis.
