My best city yet! Capitol City!

A modernist, large wealthy metropolis with towering downtown commercial structures, exclusive shops and restaurants, luxury hotels and condos and fabulous mansions. It's easy to get to! Hop on either the 405 or the sparkling manicured lanes of the 24 Motorway, which intersect at the corner of Downtown. Come and see the casino, the cultural center, the theaters, the country club and all the attractions Cap City has to offer!
