On the scene now is Chopper Eleven with some dramatic views.
Mike: So right now, we're hovering over the waterfront district, and we can see that all of the fires have gone out.
Judy: As you can see, there is just rubble everywhere, and the streets are still crowded with firemen and fire engines.
Mike: There are still heavy rescue teams searching through collapsed buildings and rubble and trying to find any kind of survivors.
Judy: Large trucks from the Department of Transportation are hauling rubble that has been sifted through already to the ocean and dumping it into the water.
Mike: Currently, there are several fire planes that are dumping water onto downtown in an effort to try to reduce the amount of dust that is toxic to humans.
