It's a new town being built, for better confortebal life for the sims, and less crowded places to live in

sims hate high buildings, living in big crowded city, is not a convortebal thing, even if the city view look good from the sky, but, it's not a very good idea for a sim to pass he's hall life in

so it's a new town, that have agriculture, good industry, and mainly commercial services,

tourism is still not very good, but the city is becoming a cultural tourism destination slowly

The town is now expanding to the other side of the river

the project is still moslty at the ground level
