A view of the city of East St. Paul...
Like 99% of Schulmania, this city has no motorized vehicles. Here, there are no streets at all, just cobbles and brick pavers for the passages and squares. Visitors to Schulmania are often surprised by the lack of traffic. Cars are banned from most areas because they are dangerous to our feline population. This picture, showing the heart of the city, is typical of a roadless Schulminion town.
