Tram tracks

Does anyone have any recommendations for tram tracks that are ground-level, peferrably click-and-drag (non puzzle)?

The NAM team is planning to make the GLR puzzle pieces draggable, but since it's a complicated and extensive task, it'll take some time. So far, no dedicated draggable tram tracks have been created. However, some BATters have created trains for the railroad network that look like trams (NOB from Japan, for instance), so you might want to try these.

Well you can make your normal rail into a tram line, but then you don't have any normal rail. Else you just have to wait.

To make the normal rail you have to go to NOB's site how is from Japan. Here you can download the file: Green & Stone Rail Textures. I haven't used these textures myself.
