Fireworks query

Hello, How do I get fireworks to go off at different dates like 21st November instead of July 4th? Thanks.

Open the SimCity_1.dat file and look for the july 4th fireworks prop. Copy the exemplar file into a new DAT (and change the IDs to some new and unique numbers if you want to add another independent fireworks). Now look for the "Simulator Date Start" property and change it accordingly. It has two REPs, one for the month and one for the date.
