i used search and couldnt find it so here we go:

I doubt you did a thorough search because all these questions have been answered before. Regardless of this, I'll bother myself today to answer them again.

1. Zone in a) at least 4x4 and b) in high density, and you should have no trouble with getting the SC4/RH skyscrapers. If you download growable skyscrapers in the STEX, you might need zones larger than 4x4.

2. Skyscrapers grow when you hit a certain population level. When you have a) sufficient population b) no more zones to grow on, and c) demand is high, the only way to go is up. Again, never forget to zone in high density.

3. The "proper" skyscrapers belong to medium-wealth and high-wealth commercial and residential. The high-density R

*agrees with above*  yes, these questions have been gone over a billion times, but thank you for searching, and oh well, newbies deserve some grace I guess. Welcome to ST btw.  OK, I believe the nuber needed is 26,000 to get high density buildings, (for any type, ie, if you have a 26,000+ residential pop, you are able to get high-rise residential, if you have a 26,000+comercial pop, you can get commercial high-rise, ect).  Remember that they need water.  Airports also tend to help, as does good traffc flow.  Ummm, I can't think of anything else right now...prolly because it's 2:49AM and i have yet to sleep.   If you do these things and still can't get high-rise, or if you need help with anything else, PM me my inbox is always open.  God bless, Meister out.
