Custom avatar and topic page numbers

1) Why does my custom avatar not show up? I uploaded it post upgrade and it appeared to work at first. However, it has since disappeared, leaving me with the generic picture, and doesn't seem to show up even if I re-upload it. This a 3 KB gif, dimensions 65 x 62. I don't get an error when I upload it so what's the problem?

2) When I select the last page of a topic from the page numbers at the top of the topic, I don't see any messages. If I press the arrow key once to go back to the previous page, I still don't see any messages. If I press the arrow key again to go back to the previous page, I get taken back to the first message in a topic. Why?

EDIT: Jeez, I finally found my post. Disregard question #1, I figured out there are two separate profiles for STEX and the forums. I never realized an advance degree was needed for navigating through a BBS.

storms991, Thanks for affirming it wasn't just me. However, this post was supposed to have gone in the bug reporting topic and I'm not sure how it ended up in here.
