When playing a city, the average income gets quite high, so like the average income is around 70k... then it begins to drop and suddenly ends up at 20k. This doesn't make sense since on the graph that show jobs and population, the high wealth residents are increasing in number and the opposite is happening to low wealth residents. It's not like ive zoned huge areas of residential for low wealth people to move into so my average income is decreased- any ideas?
