Making Trees and Rewards

How do you make rewards (such as a program), set the prerequisites, and make the text for the masseage for it. This garbage launch pad I downloaded says:
"Garbage workers line up for Garbage launch pad"
How did this person do this? and how can you make a BAT into a tree?

Hey man That take a lot of modding skills, you will need the Ilive and patience You can do a search jst type "Rewards" you can also PM somebody who does a lot of Modding. I can't tell you how to make trees but again search on the Forums
