    I am pretty much done with the city I am currently working on, is there like a way to expand the city? Instead of making a whole new city? am new at this game so I dont know much...

    The only thing you can do is extend your city into an adjacent tile by running roads off the border. At this point, your city becomes the metro, and the new cities become suburbs.

    How you handle that is up to you. You can fill an entire region this way, but cities don't share many services.
