Radical Ordinance Mod Download?

    Since the Modds and Downloads section is closed is there a place where I can download the radical ordinance mod? And what exactly dose it do? All I know is that it has something to do with demand which my city need more of.

    Well I have seen it out there, but have a look at Simzone.de. They have a sections for modds, but what is in it, I don't know. It down at the moment.

    Most sites' download point to Simtropolis.com, so I think you just have to wait.
