Ahhh disappearing buildings/roads

I know I should post a pic, but i think my description is enough: My roads and highways are transparent (see through) and my new buildings seem to sink into the ground, and in some cases, the only way you know it's there is smoke or something. I have never had this problem before, until I downloaded the waterfront reacreational mod. Also, I have one park mod, and nothing comes up - all I can see are the pavers and the grass. I know there's meant to be more but it refuses to show up. Ahhh! Help!

That modd may have been the cause of your problems you have had. I have not seen any solution to the problem yet, but to un-install it.

Move the mods to another folder away from the game and test the game. If it is OK now, put one of them back at a time until the problem occurs. You then have identified the mod that messes up your game.

Make sure your graphics settings are on high.

K, I have a ton of mods I just installed, but the only ones now that are screwing up are my parks mod and my steelworks mod. The parks mod is the BSC parks mod. Which sucks, because I reeeeeeeeeally really want them. I remember having this problem at one point, but can't remember how I fixed it. Any other advice?

Well, I would suggest a re-download and reinstall of both mods.

Additionally, make sure you have the most recent BSC Essentials Files and the most recent BSC Textures MEGA Pack. These files are updated from time to time and it's possible that this is causing your conflict.
