SimCity 4 Deluxe edition lagging so badly

    Today I just started my SimCity Deluxe to play my city, it was normal but the when I got into region view it was lagging bad so I said "oh well" then I entered my city. It was lagging too much to play properly. It only happened today. Yesterday it was running fine.

    My Computer is WinXP 64-bit with 64 bit 3.3GHZproccesor. 2 DVD drives, 1024MB RAM, One 200GB hard drive and my page file is min 1.256GB max 3.7GB. I forgot what the FSB is.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
