Water production not making any water!!

    Well now I have this commen problem that I suddenly loose all my watersupply! They have power, I have funds and there are water pipes to my system! But they are at "Capacity = 0" ***** I just build them!!! Its very anoying to see your buildings go black due to a bug which I find it unless there is a real explanation Newest Sim City 4 none expansion!

    What is showing on your water pollution chart? If your water plants are not polluted, this should not happen.

    So polution can stop them? This could be the problem! But it just dont seem logical...

    What's illogical about it?  If the local water is too polluted, the pumps can't pump for fear of pumping toxic water to the sims.  So find a place on the map that doesn't have water pollution and build the pumps there.
