Where do I find the 10x speed traffic plugin

Can anyone help? I'm looking for the 10x speed traffic plugin. I've heard heaps of people using it, but I can't find it on STEX! Please help.

I think what u r referring to is the NAM..... u cant find it because its not in the stex..... u will have to wait till the modds & downloads comes back.....

That is correct you will need to wait untill the Modds & download section is up again.

I already have NAM. I'm looking for the thing that makes the cars drive faster to work.

I think the 10x speed traffic plugin is an option in the NAM installer and if you don't check the box, it won't be in your game. My advice is to run the NAM installer again and see if there is any option for a 10x speed traffic plugin.

Thanks heaps, I've rerun it and I finally found it...

I think I couldn't find it was because my computer cuts the bottom of everything.
