how do i decode dat files?

    I'm new to the exchange and I tried downloading a dat file, but it isnt being properly unzipped. I have tried both winzip and winrar. Is there another program that I need or something that I should be doing? Thanks

    Winzip or Winrar will unpack your file. Try downloading it again. It may be corrupt.
