    I have a problem. I have a city, with large numbers of commercial skyscrapers, but when the population hit 12,000 (I was using the commercial demand ordinance), no job zots just started appearing. This doesen't happen with the original super demand ordinance, where there is no joblessness anywhere. A little help here?

    well, I dont know, but first off this is a simcity4 related question so it shouldnt be here, and second, all I can suggest is that you turn off the ordinance.
