    Hello again. I have the super demand mod but high wealth commercial office demand is at zero. What's going on?

    Normally you would have to have 125,000 Sims of which a goodly number are R

    If you must know, to activate that mod go to city oridinance  in the budget section & it shold be under the income part above legalised gambaling
